Vision And Mission
Soan Garden CECHS, Islamabad as a cooperative housing society established under the cooperative societies Act of 1925, vide Regd, No.319. CECHS promotes real estate investment and the development of excellent residential housing and commercial projects, keeping in view the “No profit & No lose” philosophy. Members’ rights and interests are our primary concern. It gives investors and sellers a place to do business confidently and gain a solid reputation. Building ongoing projects that are in keeping with the newest trends and the highest modern standards of town planning, skilled engineering, experienced architecture and excellent construction are our main goals. Approved Town Planners and a team of project experts having the best training and expertise background are providing great consultancy to us.
Objectives
The main objective of the society is to promote and safeguard the socio-economic interests of its members with particular emphasis on:-
- To acquire land, houses, buildings or other property for the purpose of carrying out the Society’s objectives.
- To prepare plans, and establish and maintain a residential society for its members.
- To construct buildings for commercial use and for community welfare.
- To lay down rules & regulations for the proper use and maintenance of all buildings, roads and other facilities within the limits of society.
- To adopt measures designed to encourage the spirit of cooperation and friendship among members.
- To construct, manage and maintain the development works, services and other institutions of various kinds for the benefit and convenience of members residing in the society.
- To work as a services provider for society members to prepare plans, and design residential, and commercial units and parks.
- To do generally, all such things as may be useful or desirable to carry out one or all objectives of the Society.
